Window Labels & Colors Free Assign persistent names and colors to browser windows. Labels survive Chrome restarts, so you always know which window is which — work, research, personal, whatever you need.
Workspaces Free (2) Plus (unlimited) Group tabs into named workspaces with auto-assignment rules based on domain patterns. Workspaces support hierarchy and sync with Chrome’s native tab groups.
Pin Tabs Plus Pin important tabs for quick access. Pinned tabs get a dedicated column with sortable order and filter support.

Dwell Time Tracking Free OmniTab records how long you spend on every tab, URL, and domain. View dwell time per-tab, as cumulative totals, or as historical segments. This is not guesswork — it is measured time based on actual tab focus.
Cumulative Time Columns Free See total time spent per tab directly in the dashboard table. Sort by time to find where your hours went.
Advanced Sort Plus Sort the dashboard by up to 6 columns simultaneously. Combine time, recency, domain, and workspace for custom views.

Find anything you have open or have had open, fast.
Search & Filter Free Full-text search across tab titles, URLs, domains, and workspace names. Filter by status (open, closed, all), date ranges, and dwell duration.
Export Free (tab list) Plus (full CSV) Export your data at any time. Free tier exports a tab list as plain text. Plus tier exports the full dataset as CSV with all columns.

Connect Devices
Access your tabs and context from anywhere.
Cross-Device Sync Free (limited) Plus (5 devices) Register devices and sync your tab data across them. All sync traffic is encrypted in transit and authenticated with HMAC-SHA256 request signing using a device-specific secret. You control which devices are linked and can unlink or delete server data at any time.
